  1. The registration package received by participants is as follows:
    • Ophthalmologists, Residents, and General Practitioners will get a complete Symposium + Case Rumble
    • Allied health will get a full symposium
    • International Companions can only attend the exhibition
  2. Course and workshop registration mechanism:
    • Participants may register for up to three different sessions in total, including both Didactic Course (DC) and Workshops (WS) in any combination (e.g 1 DC + 2 WS)
    • Participants are not allowed to attend instructional course and workshop sessions that occur at the same time
  3. Group Registration Mechanism:
    • Group registration can be done for registration of more than 5 delegates.
    • Applicants must fill out the guarantee letter form (template) and send it to the email perdamijateng.pit51@gmail.com and wait 1x24 hours until the guarantee letter is received. If the guarantee letter is received, the registrant can register participants.
    • Registration is given time to pay through the payment gateway provided a maximum of 1 week before the event starts (August 27, 2026)
  4. Cancellation Policy:
    • Payments that have been made are non-refundable for any reason
  5. Loss of participant cards will be subject to a fee of IDR 300,000 per card.
  6. Abstract submission registration mechanism:
    • Participants are allowed to submit abstracts without registering
    • Each participant can participate in free paper submission and E-poster
    • The competition is intended for general practitioners, residents, and ophthalmologists
    • General practitioner papers are all scientific papers that have been completed while the author is a general practitioner and has not been registered as a residency program student at the PIT Semarang 2026 event
    • Resident papers are all scientific papers that have been completed while the author is still undergoing a residency program, and presented no more than 2 years after graduation.
    • Ophthalmologist papers are all scientific papers that have been completed when the author graduates as an ophthalmologist
    • Oral Presentations are delivered in front of an audience and jury using PPT or a previously recorded presentation keynote via the bold platform determined by the PIT Semarang 2026 committee: Gambang Semarang. Oral presentations consist of observational, experimental research and literature reviews. Poster Presentations are delivered in the form of e-posters. E-posters consist of case reports, case series and research
    • Participants must complete the payment for their account before submitting any poster or free paper files
