dr. Joan Sherlone Hutabarat, Sp.M is an ophthalmologist affiliated with the National Eye Center Cicendo Eye Hospital, Bandung, Faculty of Medicine, Padjadjaran University, and Dago Vision Care. She earned her medical degree and Ophthalmology specialist qualification from Padjadjaran University, completed fellowships in Refraction and Visual Optimization and Low Vision at the National Eye Center Cicendo Eye Hospital, and further pursued the IOFF-Alimera Sciences Subspecialty Fellowship in Low Vision and Rehabilitation at Ludwig Maximilian University, Munich, Germany
