dr. Novanita Shirley Satolom, SpM(K), is a glaucoma consultant and a faculty member at RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou - Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Sam Ratulangi, Manado. She completed her medical degree and ophthalmology residency at Universitas Sam Ratulangi, Manado, and subsequently undertook a glaucoma fellowship at the National Eye Center, Cicendo Eye Hospital, Bandung, from 2008 to 2009.
