dr. Ratu Puri Paramita Sastradiwirja, Sp.M(K) is a consultant ophthalmologist specializing in vitreoretinal surgery and cataract management. She currently provides advanced eye care at Prime Center Clinics, having built a strong foundation of clinical experience through her prior tenure at the Vitreoretina Division of Cicendo Eye Hospital and at Bandung Eye Center. Her postgraduate training includes comprehensive vitreoretinal and surgical fellowships at Cicendo Eye Hospital and the National University of Singapore, complemented by international observerships and research fellowships at Juntendo University in Tokyo and Moorfields Eye Hospital in London. Beyond her dedication to daily clinical practice and complex retinal care, she is highly active in the academic and professional development of ophthalmology. She holds leadership role of Editor-in-Chief for the International Journal of Retina, actively shaping the dissemination of new ophthalmic research. Additionally, she is a recognized expert who frequently shares her clinical insights as a speaker at major scientific congresses, regularly contributing to platforms hosted by the Indonesian Ophthalmology Association (PERDAMI), the Indonesian Vitreoretinal Society (INAVRS), the Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology (APAO), and the Asia Pacific Ophthalmic Trauma Society (APOTS).
