Setiaji, S.T., M.Si is an Indonesian digital transformation leader currently serving as Director of Information Technology at BPJS Kesehatan, Indonesia's National Health Insurance Agency. Previously, he served as Chief of the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) and Special Advisor to the Minister of Health for Health Technology, where he played a pivotal role in leading Indonesia's national health digital transformation and the development of the SATUSEHAT ecosystem. Prior to his work at the Ministry of Health, he was Head of Jakarta Smart City and later Head of the Communication and Information Agency of West Java Province, spearheading numerous smart city and e-government initiatives. With more than two decades of experience in public sector digital innovation, he has become one of Indonesia's leading figures in digital government, health informatics, artificial intelligence, and data-driven public services. His contributions have been recognized through numerous national and international awards, including The World CIO 200, Global CIO Forum Awards, IDC DX Awards, and Top CIO on Digital Implementation.
