dr. Syumarti, Sp.M(K), MSc CEH is an ophthalmologist practicing at Mayapada Hospital Bandung. She has extensive experience in community ophthalmology, having served as a specialist in the Community Ophthalmology Department at Cicendo Eye Hospital, Bandung, from 2005 to 2022, as well as contributing as a lecturer in the Ophthalmology Department at Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD) until 2022. She completed her ophthalmology residency at Universitas Padjadjaran and earned her Master of Science in Community Eye Health (MSc CEH) from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM), University of London. Actively involved in public health initiatives, she has taken part in RAAB (Rapid Assessment of Avoidable Blindness) training and research, and she frequently shares her expertise as a speaker at national and international ophthalmology meetings.
