Professor Takefumi Yamaguchi is an Ophthalmologist and Professor at the International University of Health and Welfare, Japan. He received his medical degree and PhD from Keio University and completed Eye and Ear postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School Massachusetts. Professor Yamaguchi has been actively involved in research in corneal optics, the immunology of corneal transplantation, corneal nerves, dry eye disease, and corneal surgery. He is also editorial board member of IOVS, Ocular Surface, TVST, and JJO.
